Proceeds from previous Gala & Grand Spree were used to fund numerous teacher requests, including a new drum line for the marching band, student retreats, computers, multimedia projectors, software, digital cameras, and so much more. Past fundraising efforts have also allowed the Foundation to furnish the newly constructed 350-seat chapel, purchase a campus-wide security system, new crosses and lettering for the school building, uniforms for the marching band, a mobile computer lab and other necessary items requested by the teachers not covered in the school budget.

The winner of the 2009 Grand Spree "Create-a-Trip" was CCHS parent Ross Skelton. Ross and his family had a blast at the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas this summer. See -- it really does pay to buy those raffle tickets!
