The winner of the 2007 Grand Spree trip to Maui, an Alaskan Cruise or Create-a-Trip was Don Renaldo, parent of Heather Mann, a 1991 CCHS graduate, has purchased raffle tickets every year since his daughter was in school at Charlotte Catholic. It does pay to buy those raffle tickets!

Proceeds from the 2007 Gala & Grand Spree were used to fund numerous teacher requests, including a new drum line for the marching band, student retreats, computers, multimedia projectors, software, digital cameras, and so much more. Past fundraising efforts have allowed the Foundation to furnish the newly constructed 350-seat chapel, purchase a campus-wide security system, new crosses and lettering for the school building, uniforms for the marching band, a mobile computer lab and other necessary items requested by the teachers not covered in the school budget.
